We aim to ship each purchase within 3 business days, however due to unforeseen circumstances, this may sometimes take a little bit longer.
Shipping all over Australia is a flat rate of $9. All purchases over $99 will automatically receive free shipping.
Open Minded Journey wants your experience to be perfect! Each item you purchase is either exactly as shown online or carefully intuitively selected. You'll find this information specified on the product page. While we're sure you'll love your purchase, please understand that we're unable to accept returns or exchanges based on crystal appearance or change of mind. It's important to note that the appearance of crystals may vary from the images shown due to lighting and natural stone characteristics. Rest assured, we strive to provide images that closely represent the real-life items. Your satisfaction matters, and every item is chosen, inspected, and packed with care by Open Minded Journey.
If you choose not to opt for additional Shipping Insurance and your items unfortunately encounter loss or damage during transit, please note that Open Minded Journey cannot assume responsibility. Once your items have been dispatched, they fall under the purview of the shipping company, relieving Open Minded Journey of liability. It's important for customers to double-check the accuracy of their shipping address on all packages. In the event of an error, resolution lies with the customer.
If you add additional Shipping insurance and products get lost or damaged, please send photographic evidence and this will be followed up for a full refund upon inspection and approval. Below is required to fulfil requirements.
- Proof that Australia Post or Star Track has deemed your parcel lost (you must have a customer reference ID and written confirmation in the form of an email)
- Or, your parcel has been missing or still “In transit” for over 60 days from the shipping date as per your tracking number.
Open Minded Journey is not responsible for any shipping delays. All shipping companies are experiencing significant delays and are doing their best to get all shipments out in a timely matter.
